I am a Live Healthy SG member with an active monthly subscription. When can I cancel my subscription to services?
If you purchased the Device + Premium bundle you can stop or cancel your subscription after you complete your 12-month commitment period. All Live Healthy SG members with the Device + Premium bundle will continue to have access to all the Premium features and content through the 12 months of their subscription from the date of purchase. If you subscribed to Health Coaching, you can cancel your subscription at any time, you will continue to have access to Health Coaching for the month following your last payment.
How do I cancel my Live Healthy SG subscription after meeting the commitment period? Can I continue my subscription to Fitbit Premium?
You can cancel your Live Healthy SG subscription by contacting Customer Support. If after canceling you want to continue to have access to Fitbit Premium, you can re-subscribe to Fitbit Premium in the Fitbit app.
I am not a Live Healthy SG member but I want to join this program. How do I sign up for this program?

As an existing member of the Live Healthy SG program, is my data still shared with the government?
If you have an active Live Healthy SG subscription, your anonymised data will continue to be shared with the Singapore Government. Additionally, if you signed on with Singpass, your personal data will continue to be shared with the government while your Live Healthy SG subscription is still active. Upon cancelling your subscription, once you have fulfilled your commitment period, all your data will no longer be shared with the government.
I am an existing member of Live Healthy SG and I need to update my payment details and personal particulars. How should I do this?
If you need to update your payment information, please sign-in to your account on Fitbit.com and click on your profile where you will find ‘Update Payment Method’.
